The proposed Exhibition Centre in South Korea aims to symbolize the country’s development and contributions on a global scale, drawing inspiration from the cogwheel of a machine. This concept brief outlines the key elements and design philosophy behind the exhibition centre, highlighting its significance as a hub for showcasing South Korea’s achievements and innovations.

This Giant Complex Machine that our World has become keeps functioning as Nations contribute towards International: Social, Political, Cultural & Economic Relationships, in this manner the nations are Cog-wheels that keep running this Giant Mechanical System we call ‘Our World’.

The Architecture here is essentially 3 Floating Circular discs:
The top Two floors form Mono-hypostyle Exhibition halls with multi-heighted spaces to accommodate exhibits of unusual sizes. The bottom floor or the terrace garden floor is tilted towards the North Port Sea, to frame enchanting natural views. The Disc shaped floor plates allow for circular movement lines that poetically mimic the rotation of mechanical gears(cog). Under the 3 discs is a grid-ed Public plaza designed to carry out public interactions and nocturnal/diurnal outdoor performances.

The resultant is a Pavilion birthed in Busan and married to the World.
